NS Multi-purpose Sludge Pump |
1.The pump body adopts a two-layer metal structure with an inner layer and an outer layer; the pump shell is vertically opened in the middle; and the water outlets are rotationally installed at 45 degree at intervals.
2.The proper shaft seal can be selected such as auxiliary impeller shaft seal, packing shaft seal and mechanical seal according to different working conditions.
3.The pump adopts closed impeller, so the pump has good wear resistance and high pump efficiency.
4.The pump can convey mixture containing few big particles through adjusting the blade number and the impeller diameter. |

NSQSubmersible Sludge Pump |
1. The whole machine is dry submersible pump, and the motor adopts oil chamber seal mode and is provided with mechanical seal inside, so that high pressure water and impurities are effectively prevented from entering inner cavity of the motor.
2. Besides the main impeller, there is the agitation impeller which can agitate the sludge deposited on the water bottom into turbulent flow and pump the sludge out.
3. The overflowing parts such as the impeller and the agitation impeller are made from high-hardness high chromium cast steel, have wear resistance, corrosion resistance and strong drainage capacity, and allow big solid particles to pass.
4. The motor is submerged in water, is not limited by suction stroke, and has high sludge suction rate and thorough desilting.
5. The integral device is simplified, needs no auxiliary stirrer device or ejector device, and has simple and convenient operation and low total investment of the unit. |
1.The temperature of the medium should not exceed 80℃.
2. The maximum weight concentration of the solid particles in the medium: the ash is 45% and the slag is 60%.
3.The submerged depth of the unit: not more than 20 meters, and not less than 1 meter.
4. The unit works in the medium vertically, and the working status is continuous. |

FGKNNon-Metal Wear-Resistant Sludge Pump |
1. The FGKN non-metal wear-resistant sludge pump mainly comprises a pump body, an impeller, a guard plate, a pump cover, a bracket, a bearing assembly and so on.
2. The pump body, the impeller and the guard plate are made of the non-metal wear-resistant material.
3. The pump shaft seal adopts packing seal, and the packing chamber is filled with high-pressure washing clear water, so as to better guarantee the normal operation of the pump.
4. The rotation direction of the pump is anticlockwise if seen from the water inlet, and the outlet of the pump is on the right of the horizontal direction if seen from the water inlet. The water outlet can be adjusted within 360 degrees in field demands. |

1. The EPN mud pump mainly comprises a pump body, an impeller, a guard plate, a pump cover, a bracket, a bearing assembly and so on.
2. The pump body, the impeller and the guard plate can be made of gray cast-iron, abrasion resistant alloy and non-metal wear resistant material, and the users can select according to purpose.
3. The shaft seal of the pump adopts packing seal, and the packing chamber is filled with high-pressure washing clear water so as to better guarantee the normal operation of the pump.

4. An associate impeller is adopted to reduce the back pressure of the impeller and prolong the service life of sealing elements.
5. The trans-flux part adopts white wear-resistant cast iron to resist abrasion. |
