NS Multi-purpose Sludge Pump

1.The pump body adopts a two-layer metal structure with an inner layer and an outer layer; the pump shell is vertically opened in the middle; and the water outlets are rotationally installed at 45 degree at intervals.

2.The proper shaft seal can be selected such as auxiliary impeller shaft seal, packing shaft seal and mechanical seal according to different working conditions.

3.The pump adopts closed impeller, so the pump has good wear resistance and high pump efficiency.

4.The pump can convey mixture containing few big particles through adjusting the blade number and the impeller diameter.

1. Suitable for pumping loose and available silty sand, fine sand, middle-sized sand and coarse sand; applicable for mining, cleaning port, pumping sand, tailing slurry, silt and sea sand, etc.

2. Capable of pumping 120mm grit intermittently.

3. The solid in pulp can reach 60%.

Exploiting seashore, pumping yellow sand from river, pumping sand from seashore, pumping iron ore and golden sand, pumping tailing slurry and coal ash for industrial and mining organizations, pumping sand from sand field for long-distant conveying, etc.

The pump has a double hull structure; the fittings are convenient to replace; the overflowing parts adopt high wear-resistant Cr26 alloy material and have long service life; the auxiliary impeller and packing combined seal mode is adopted and is convenient and durable, and the water effect is better if filling material is added.

NSQSubmersible Sludge Pump

1. The whole machine is dry submersible pump, and the motor adopts oil chamber seal mode and is provided with mechanical seal inside, so that high pressure water and impurities are effectively prevented from entering inner cavity of the motor.

2. Besides the main impeller, there is the agitation impeller which can agitate the sludge deposited on the water bottom into turbulent flow and pump the sludge out.

3. The overflowing parts such as the impeller and the agitation impeller are made from high-hardness high chromium cast steel, have wear resistance, corrosion resistance and strong drainage capacity, and allow big solid particles to pass.

4. The motor is submerged in water, is not limited by suction stroke, and has high sludge suction rate and thorough desilting.

5. The integral device is simplified, needs no auxiliary stirrer device or ejector device, and has simple and convenient operation and low total investment of the unit.

1.The temperature of the medium should not exceed 80℃.

2. The maximum weight concentration of the solid particles in the medium: the ash is 45% and the slag is 60%.

3.The submerged depth of the unit: not more than 20 meters, and not less than 1 meter.

4. The unit works in the medium vertically, and the working status is continuous.

Pumping tailing slurry for industrial and mining organizations, clearing silt in sedimentation basin, pumping silty sand or fine sand for seashore or port, pumping powdery iron ore for foreign countries, etc.

The overflowing parts adopt wear-resistant alloy material and have long service life. In suitable construction environment, the mating is simple and convenient in operation and application. If the sand is large, high pressure gun can be added to increase the medium concentration.

FGKNNon-Metal Wear-Resistant Sludge Pump

1. The FGKN non-metal wear-resistant sludge pump mainly comprises a pump body, an impeller, a guard plate, a pump cover, a bracket, a bearing assembly and so on.

2. The pump body, the impeller and the guard plate are made of the non-metal wear-resistant material.

3. The pump shaft seal adopts packing seal, and the packing chamber is filled with high-pressure washing clear water, so as to better guarantee the normal operation of the pump.

4. The rotation direction of the pump is anticlockwise if seen from the water inlet, and the outlet of the pump is on the right of the horizontal direction if seen from the water inlet. The water outlet can be adjusted within 360 degrees in field demands.

Used for silt dyke of Yellow river, poldering of seashore, desilting for port, clearing silt and fine sand for reservoir, and so on; not suitable for pumping medium containing big particles.

EPN marine-land purpose mud pump

1. The EPN mud pump mainly comprises a pump body, an impeller, a guard plate, a pump cover, a bracket, a bearing assembly and so on.

2. The pump body, the impeller and the guard plate can be made of gray cast-iron, abrasion resistant alloy and non-metal wear resistant material, and the users can select according to purpose.

3. The shaft seal of the pump adopts packing seal, and the packing chamber is filled with high-pressure washing clear water so as to better guarantee the normal operation of the pump.

4. The rotation direction of the pump is anticlockwise if seen from the water inlet, and the outlet of the pump is on the right of the horizontal direction if seen from the water inlet. The water outlet can be adjusted within 360 degrees in field demands.

The pump adopts two materials of wear-resistant alloy and cast iron; different materials can be selected according to different use environment; the pump has large tans-flux capacity, and can pump medium containing few big particles and can also pump silty sand, fine sand, middle-sized sand, coarse sand and so on.

Can be used for desilting and sand pumping for river channel, desilting for reservoir and port, poldering of seashore, unloading sand for sand blowing ship, etc.

The pump needs high-pressure water filling, has simple structure and convenient use and maintenance.

PNSL Vertical Sludge Pump

1. The pump consists of a pump body, an impeller, a guard plate, a motor frame, a bearing assembly and other parts.

2. The shaft gland of the pump is sealed by rubber framework oil seals.

3. The rotation direction of the pump is anticlockwisewhen seen from the inlet direction of the impeller.

4. An associate impeller is adopted to reduce the back pressure of the impeller and prolong the service life of sealing elements.

5. The trans-flux part adopts white wear-resistant cast iron to resist abrasion.

Applicable for clearing fish pond, desilting pond, pumping sand, unloading sand and sand blowing bag of sand unloading ship, pumping ore slurry and silty sand, etc.

The pump shell, the impeller and the guard plate adopt wear-resistant alloy material, and have good wear resistance; and the novel seal structure improves the service life of the bearing.

UHB-ZK Corrosion-resistant Wear-resistant Mortar Pump

The impeller with steel lining ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) structure is half opened; the seal is K dynamic seal; the flow rate is 3-2,500m3/h; the pump lift is less than or equal to 70m; the caliber is φ32~φ500mm; the specification of the pump is 16; the temperature is -20℃-80℃, and can be improved to 105℃ after modification.

Suitable for general corrosive and abrasive media such as diluted acid and diluted alkali.

Suitable for industries such as non-ferrous metal metallurgy, non-metallic mine processing, environment al engineering, sulphuric acid, phosphate fertilizer, chlor-alkali, citric acid, water treatment, chemical fiber, galvanization, steel, mating wet dust removal and desulfurization, etc.

The pump has economic price and strong commonality, and is two-purpose pump for supernatant liquor and slurry.

UHB-ZK-Ⅲ Corrosion-resistant Wear-resistant Pump

The impeller with the steel lining polyurethane rubber structure is half opened; the seal is K dynamic seal; the flow rate is 3-2,500m3/h; the pump lift is less than or equal to 70m; the caliber is φ32~φ500mm; the temperature is -15℃-60℃.

Suitable for general abrasive media such as diluted acid, diluted alkali and ore slurry.

Suitable for non-ferrous metal metallurgy, non-metallic mine processing, mines, mating wet dust removal and desulfurization industies, etc.

The pump is suitable for conveying the medium with big particles and high concentration, and can meet both high wear-resistant requirement and low corrosion-resistant requirement.
